Ingredients:
500 grams of red apples, peeled and diced small
2 tablespoons lemon juice
75 grams sugar
½ teaspoon of cinnamon powder
2 teaspoons gelatin powder, stir in 2 tablespoons warm water
250 ml whipping cream
2 tablespoons of full cream milk
2 tablespoons raisins

How to prepare:

1. Cook the apples with the sugar and lemon juice until wilted. Remove, let cool.

7. Add raisins and stir well.
8. Put it back in the container with a lid and store in the freezer until frozen
